I am trying to install Roxio Easy CD & DVD, it is saying I must first uninstall Adaptec UDF Reader. When I try to uninstall Adaptec UDF Reader, I get an error message saying: "An error occurred while uninstalling UDF Reader; an attempt to delete one or more files has failed. The error code is 0x00000002."

How do I uninstall this so I can install Roxio?

What version operating system and what version Roxio? And are you installing Roxio from an original cd?

I have Windows XP and am installing Roxio from an original cd. It doesn't seem to really have a version. This is what I bought: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1099395889401

If you click Help once it is installed, the very last part of the menu should tell you what version it is. It also may be included in the Read Me file that comes with the instructions before installation.

That's the problem, it can not be installed at the moment
