Thumbs down Lost tons of iTunes song info!!
I have about 500 songs, some of which are repeats, in my itunes library. They are missing album artwork, and other track info. I need a free program, preferably easy to use, that can delete the repeated tracks, add all the track info to my songs, and organize it all in one folder. I want an organized itunes library where each song has the right artist, song name, album, genre, and artwork. What free program can do all of this for me? (I have windows XP)

All the library information is stored in a iTunes Music Library.xml file, stored on your computer, it can be edited with any good notepad program or replaced with an earlier backup of that file to get it reorganised.

As to repeated tracks, there is an option in iTunes to view duplicates. From there you can decide which ones you want and delete the rest. Note that sometimes 2 listings are pointing the same file so if you delete one, it will make the other unusable.

Also I have noticed that you need to have an iTunes Store account to add artwork to the songs. For (re-)organizing, that would have to be manual labor time.
