Any free software for managing DVD collections?
General database software for this is good, but I have a specific "goal" I'm aiming for...

I have a lot of TV series on DVD. Whenever I watch them, I have to fumble around 2 or 3 discs before finding the moment I was thinking of.
My remedy for this was to be listing the episodes in order and under each one, listing in bullet points what interesting things happen in them. Or reverse, where I list the moments and then the episodes. Either way, I'd have to scan imdb.com, TV.com, and epguides.com for this info.
Is there any software that can speed this process along? Maybe compile these things for me? I know this is hard to conjure. I don't truly know what I'm looking for here. But if anyone knows of any free software for managing DVD collections, let me know and I'll work with it.

I use d2jmdb to manage my movie collection. I don't know if this is what you are looking for though.

I have been using EMDB for quite awhile and I really like it

"EMDB is a small utility to keep track of your DVD collection. With an automatic import from the database of IMDB, export to csv, text or complete website, thumbnail cover preview,"

As much as I want to I can't get away from Itunes for this. I mainly keep it as the store is great for buying movies.
