Question video converters
What is the best video converter for pretty much all formats out there? its ok if i have to pay i just want the BEST

A very good freeware video converter is SUPER © (Simplified Universal Player Encoder & Renderer).

You could try it and if it doesn't meet your needs then look for a paid program.

heres one i use. its totally free.its called prism video converter. hope this helps u.
