Green Grid overlay in dvd playback screen
I am running a Clevo M400A Laptop with Radeon Mobility X700 Video card with Windows XP All latest service packs and Upgrades.
I have a green grid overlay on screen when playing dvd - MPEG 2 files.
The only way I have found to avoid this is to have no video drivers loaded.
I am running the latest Omega Drivers now and still get the Green grid but is better than with any other ATI Drivers. I do not experience this problem with Streaming files. Any suggestions or experience with this appreciated.

Its actually a grid over the entire thing that you can see through at any point except where the actual grid lines are? Or does it look more like an OSD overlay? Is it soley MPEG-2 (.vob) files that makes this happen and if so what is the playback software, have you tried any other playback software like VLC Media Player (if that's not the current one), and where did the codec come from if you know.

Try using a different mpeg2 codec. Change it with Deccheck if you have more than one installed >
