Exclamation Videos only play in black and red
I had a nasty virus which had two effects, firstly the virus blocked or re-directed web addresses and secondly it caused downloaded videos to play only in black and red (like a black and white video, except red instead of white). This video effect happens in all the video players I've tried: QuickTime, Microsoft media player, real and vlc. Reloading a video or reinstalling a player doesn't help.

I managed to remove the redirection virus using Malwarebytes, but the video effect remains.

Any suggestions for solving this?

BTW - these are the infected files and registry values that I found:

Registry Data Items Infected:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Userinit (Trojan.Agent) -> Data: c:\windows\system32\ -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
