WinXP doesn't recognize my Clix anymore
I bought my iRiver Clix about a year ago, and it's been working like a champ. Just a couple days ago, though, I plugged it in, and it wasn't recognized. The device manager showed a problem with the driver.

Now, when I plug in the Clix to the USB I get a little pop-up that shows the Clix, and then the pop-up indicates that it's looking for an MTP device, and I get a hardware installation dialog box, which eventually ends with this error message:

Not sure what this means. I went to the Microsoft website to download an MTP device driver. That didn't seem to help.

Any ideas?
