CD bluescreen
HI
the problem I have is that every time that I insert a CD drive I get ablue screen can someone help me with this problem?

I need to know the 0x error of the bluescreen. Next time you get it, write down the number similar to "0x0000000F3"

Or you can do a google search of it yourself and troubleshoot it, either way, without that, you're helpless.

ok that was easy just had to inser a cd :s

On the top it said APC_INDEX_MISMATCH

then it said
Stop: 0x00000001 (0x8260A510, 0x00000000, 0x0000FFFF, 0x00000000)


then when i restarted the computer the recovery box said that i think is sais the same that on the blue screen.

Gotcha.. found your best solution.. wish there was a quicker way, but unfortunately you'll have to go through this process..
