Solved: Data recovery from DVD
I Formatted a Video DVD. (DVD +R)
Can I retrieve the data from it anyhow?

There are many on the Web. Here's a free one: CD Recovery Toolbox

But I don't think you can retrieve the data if your CD has been formatted.

What format did you use? Most likely, if you used UDF, the entire disk is blank except for the format data. If you had erased it instead, the data may have been left behind if you used a "quick" erase since that only removes the table of contents.

The best recovery program is Infinadyne's CD Diagnostic (not free, but maybe a trial).
