Lame mp3 Codec "about" window-then no sound
Hi, everytime I unplug my Sony Vaio Laptop from the powersource,
and I try to run media that uses the Lame mp3 codec, I get an "about" window for the Lame codec that pops up, and I can't get a sound out of my computer after that until I reboot it. I can see the the level bar of my volume move, but no sound.

I've had this for a while, and have narrowed it down to when I unplug from the power source. It's not a floosi, it's realy the trigger.

I'm running vista 32 bit installed stock on a Vaio with an Intel Core duo T7100 @ 1,8 GHz

I don'T know any of those "diagnostic me" type of programs to help you help me, so if you want to point one out...

thank you in advance.
