Unhappy Plug in and Play speakers
I have a plug in and play monitor with inbuilt speakers, the monitor works fine except it makes no sound, why is this? , it is not because of the audio controls i have cheked them and the computer said that the monitor was working fully, im so sick of having no sound, can anyone help?

you need external amplifier to drive the speakers.

whats the make model of the monitor - same will work OK - but you need to connect the sound card to the monitor ..... NOT just the VGA cable
