Unhappy Unable to play home made DVD's on DVD recorder
After making a movie using Pinnacles Studio Plus editing suite it will not play on my Panasonic DVD recorder DMR-ES15 neither will it play on my pc which I produced it on apparantly I need a DVD decoder. What is this and how do i get one?

Do you see the VIdeo_TS folder on the DVD when you put it in the computer's drive?

Probably the simplest solution is to downoad and use VLC media player for playback which comes with a built-in decoder.

Yes I do see video-TS when i put it into the drive, I did download that software but it still didn't work, so i will try again thanks

di you install vlcmedia player ? drag the ts folder to the shortcut on the desktop if the video_ts file doesn't have errors it will play ok.If not then you need a vobedit software to extract the mpeg2 out of the vob set.. so it can be repaired.
