My computer can't read my iPod touch?

ok 1st.
My itunes won't open :| I tried pressing Shift and then clicked iTunes, when i did that my iTunes wont open, i tried reinstalling it but the setup wont open

and my computer cant read my ipod touch :|
what do i do?
