What kind of Internet connection do you have? Cable, DSL, Dial-up...?

Are you on a wireless network? Ethernet cable? Any router?

Do you have the latest Adobe Flash Player?

Adobe Flash Player for IE

Adobe Flash Player for non-IE

Do you have the latest Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0_16?

Look inside your Add or Remove programs list in the Control Panel. If you have the software, it will be listed, accompanied by version numbers.

Go here: C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files

In that folder, you'll see the exact version of Adobe Flash Player as Shockwave Flash Object (e.g. 10.0.32.18) and Java Runtime Environment (e.g. 6.0.160.1).

Is that what you see?

You're showing me the date and not the version. Look in the version's column and tell me if you have 10.0.32.18. Click on View and select Details.

You don't seem to have Java on your computer. Download and install the latest Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0_16
