the problem that i am concerned about is that although i have a new computer it takes almost 5 minutes to start and i do not know what is causing that problem.please answer if you know!!

First of all I'd like to ask that you just use the default font for your posts. You're not competing with anything else on the page for attention.

Chances are you have too much software loading at the time Windows starts.

Please post a HijackThis log. To download HijackThis, go to http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/. Install it, restart, and then run the program. Run a scan and create a log, and then post it here.
