Hi and welcome to TSG,
What anti virus do you have at the moment?
Ok I would Advise you to 1st:
1>. Download
AVG 9
If you don't have any protection,
BUT IF YOU DO; UNINSTALL YOUR EXISTING BEFORE INSTALLING ANY OTHER ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE.
If you choose AVG 9, run a scan, Remove any unwanted things, And restart.
2>. Download, Install And Update
Malwarebytes
Run a scan and remove anything it finds. if the trouble persists report back and we will Sort it further
Peace
Neb.
