Solved: help!!!! my computers sounds like alvin 'n' the chipmunts
the sound on my computer sounds squeky like alvin and the chipmunks and half of the time its too quite, this all happened after i bought some new logitech speakers, help plzzzzzz

my speakers are logitech x-240,
i dont even know how to find my sound card so i went on device manager and thn on 'sound, game video controlers' and ther is 3 sentences :
*ADS instant HDTV PCI
* Logitech microphone (pro 5000)
*REALTEK high tefinition audio
and the 'ads instant hdtv pci' has a yellow triangle on the side of it, plzzz help

well the most likely solution to the tringle means download a driver right click and update driver

I had this problem a while ago.Open real-tek and see if there is a setting for karaoke.If so set it at 0.......

i went on my driver and the device statues says 'This device cannot start. (Code 10)' and i updated my driver and it said the best device is already installed, so now im really comfuses, the sound on my computer is too quit and squeky so som 1 plzzz help!! im goin mad

Have you tried uninstalling the speakers and then add new hardware in control panel it should bring up the wizard to help you

problem solved!! i solved it by just going to randoms places on my sound and then i went somwher and at the bottom of my page was a set of numbers and it was to to 4 and i set it to 0
