Solved: MP3 PLayer help
I bought an mp3 player recently and i have a problem. Its not loud enough and the headphones are fine and mp3s are as loud as they can be without clipping. The question is is there any way to make the mp3 play louder or make the mp3s louder while playing on it(kind of like iTunes)

small mp3 players are meant to be used with inner ear buds, not headphones...

Headphones require far more power... Hence the volume sounding very low...

I would Highly Reccomend Getting a pair of Sennheiser CX500 Headphones

I meant earbuds. Im just used to saying headphones. Ive heard those are pretty good but i had some Skullcandy ones before they broke and they were pretty good. Those woulld be good enough right?

But what I was trying to find out was if there was any config file or anything like that to make it louder, but I guess there isnt.

So i guess changing earbuds should do

Thanks

yep, you got it...

If all your mp3 are normalized to -1db thats the loudest your going to get out of them without distorting the waveform...

I tunes does have a feature called volume adjustment though...
