Solved: Xbox 360 media player connection issue?
i have windows xp SP3, and windows media player 11.
my laptop is connected to the router wirelessly and my xbox is connected via ethernet.
i can pick up the xbox when i open sharing in media player and have allowed it to share my files.
i have unlocked all the ports i need to allow the xbox through the firewall.
problem is when i try to connect to the computer when on the xbox it just keeps telling me to set up media centre and gives me the 8 digit code to enter on my laptop i guess.
im stuck
help please
