PC to Plasma
I've got a query to setup a pc to a new 50" plasma over a distance of 10m.

Firstly, I was just thinking of getting a 10m VGA cable and hook it up to the PC input on the tv, but obviously this isn't going to carry sound.

Does anyone else have any relatively cheap options? I'm assuming maybe just hook the tv up with the VGA and just use some speakers hooked up to the pc. I'm not sure if a dvi/hmdi cable would help at all?

Thanks

What type of connectors do you have available on each end?

Since you're addressing both VGA and DVI (from computer) I'm assuming you have both?????
And both won't carry sound (the HDMI would if you had an HDMI output at you PC end as well and it were supported).

So if you're prepared to use 10 m length VGA or DVI-HDMI why not use 10 m of audio cable (RCA L/R) as well?

Just make sure you plug the two audio plugs into the TV input that is linked to the respective image input (they need to be on the same Ext or AV).
