cannot play media file codecs missing
Hi
I hope you can help. I cannot play a media file on my computer when I use windows media player. It comes up with missing codec which is named G2M3. I wondered whether you would know of a good safe website which has the codec I need so I can download it. I have been to windows help page but it is pretty useless and they give a warning about downloading codecs from the internet. I use xp windows
thanks
