Yes, but why would you want to do this? You won't be able to hear the sound from the mic!

Just plug the mic into the headphone jack on your computer...

I want what I hear to go to my mic so when I listen to music I can make it where they can hear too. I don't need to use my mic when I am doing it though...

I want this where the sound goes into the mic where they can hear it...

This is how I accomplished what you are wanting to do. I use to play WoW and ran a music "bot" in the channel.

Ok you will need a program called Virtual Audio Cable (I believe it was free not 100% sure)
It was pretty straight forward to install.
Next up I used Winamp (I am sure other music players worked as well)
In Winamp you need to set the outbound audio to play through the Virtual Audio Cable
Next up you need to make it possible to open up to instances of Ventrilo
To do this simply right click on shortcut on desktop and goto properties
and add the tag -m to the end of the command line

Ok now you can launch Ventrilo multiple times.

Now with what you need to create a second profile on one of the instances of Ventrilo (I usually named mine something Like BurntReality's Music)
Ok now on this new user you created you need to setup the outbound audio to use Virtual Audio cable instead of a Microphone.

There was another setting you have to click in Ventrilo as well (you need to mute incoming I believe, so you do not hear double) you also need to turn off push to talk for your "music bot"

It is just that easy

Note: It probably spent 4 hours trying to get this to work, but finally came up with the way I just suggested to you. I hope it was helpful.

Let me know if it is a success. Also you can mark this problem as solved if so.
