Click Start - Run, then type in SERVICES.MSC and then click OK.
When the services window appears, maximize it so you can see the list more clearly.
Scroll down to Wireless Zero Configuration
It should have its "startup type" set on Automatic.
If it doesn't, double-click it to open its properties window.
Change the "startup type" to Automatic, then click Apply - OK.
After that's done, restart the computer.

Right-click MY COMPUTER, then click Properties - Hardware - Device Manager.
Click the + in Network Adapters
There should be entries for both the wired and wireless devices.
What's the name of the wireless device?
Double-click the wireless device to open its properties window.
Click the "Driver" tab.
What's listed for driver date and driver version?

There should be a sticker with a 7-character service tag number.
