Exclamation Power went out now no Internet. :( Help please
Yesterday night my power went out twice while my computer was on and now it won't connect? I have a tenda router and a Motorola modem. What should I do?

What ISP, Motorola modem and Tendra router?
Wired or wireless connection?
If wireless, does the computer work connected by ethernet directly to the modem and / or router?

First would try powercycling everything.

Turn power off (unplug) for everything and disconne the ethernet cables.
Turn the Motorola modem on and let it stabilize.
Connect the Tendra, turn it on and let it stabilize.
Connect the computer and turn it on.

Its charter. If that's what your asking. I think my router is tenda 40, but I'm not sure about the modem. Yes it works wirelessly.

What do u mean by unplug?

Unplug - Disconnect the electric power supply from the device.
The surge after a power outage could destabilize the connections between modem, router, computer. Powercycling could reset everything.

Explain "won't connect"
Computer will not connect to the Tendra using wireless or wired (ethrernet) connection?
Computer connects to the Tendra wireless and/or wired, but you cannot get internet?

If the computer works connected by ethernet to the Tundra, then you have a wireless problem.
If the computer doesn't work connected to the Tundra by ethernet, but works when connected by ethernet to the modem, there could be a problem with the Tundra.

A wired working internet connection will allow easier posting of needed information.

IPCONFIG /ALL
From a JohnWill post.
Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

Type the following command:

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
