Unhappy DNS FAIL??? Help needed quickly!
Hello I am having a big trouble and this happaneed long time ago, well I got a problem, everytime I connect my router to the laptop, it looks perfectly fine and it says I have internet connection, but once I click on for example facebook it just comes up like DNS-searching failed, I have a windows 7.

And I can connect my network to my smartphone and I can check on FB and stuff on that and I know the password to connect the WiFi, I just don't know how to handle the DNS thing, I don't know what to do!

They give me few things that I can check if the firewall blocks on Chrome(I have Google Chrome),stuff like that. I would be so glad if anyone could help, because I am tired of this stupid internetcabel!

You will need to right click and run these tools as admin.

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.

Make sure the following options are checked:
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center/Action Center
Windows Update

Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:

Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)

Click Go and post the result.

Get these logs to me via a working machine.
