IE9 can't display pages
IE9 can't display any webpages. Troubleshooting shows that it can't detect my proxy settings. However, I don't have proxy settings/server checked anywhere. Moreover, Pale Moon is able to connect to the internet.

I've tried these so far with no luck:

1. Resetting IE
2. Reinstalling IE
3. Removing idstore to see if it'd work -- nope
4. going to cmd and using dnsflush, ipv4/6 reset, winsock reset, ipconfig release
5. Reinstalling adapter
6. Removing firewalls
7. SFC scanner

I assume that this is already the case, but wanted to make sure: Control Panel - Internet Options - Connections tab - LAN Settings... - None of the three choices on that page should be selected.

You may have a firewall or security suite blocking IE but permitting Pale Moon.

1. Yes, none selected

2. Comodo is on. I've tried it off, but that didn't lead to any progress. Comodo shows outbound/inbound traffic. IE doesn't even register any kind of traffic to block. Only Pale Moon shows activity. I also made IE a trusted app, so the firewall would definitely let it through

I would advise you just change your DNS, try 8.8.8.8;8.8.4.4

Eh, I think I'm just going to jump ship by transferring over installs and folders and doing a fresh install The registry appears to be messed up. Thanks anyways.
