Verizon Online DSL Customer please read this!!!
Well, I have been doing some research

First off why is Verizon Online DSL so slow now?
A: Everyone's Verizon Online DSL is slow currently

Many customer who had DSL long as 4 years or so havent had any I mean ANY problems like this before...

Only state havin this trouble is only Southern Californian people.

You can relate to this:
1)My DSL speed is Fast than Slow, and it keep doing this continuously.
2)My speed is so slow I cant browse the Internet time to time.
3)My ping is so high on games? Why is that?
4)I cannot finnish my download because it looses connection!

If your having these problem, dont call Verizon. Because one thing they dont know what your experiencing. Their Technical Support doesnt know whats going on, so they will avoid your question.

Last and not least. Please be patient In few days these problem will go away. Hopfully. Each day has been gettin better and better. Lets just hope it will get back to "normal" or what has been normal.

And the point of this post was?

If anyone reading this is truly having these kinds of problems, I'd call Verizon until they fixed it! I doubt sticking your head in the sand is going to hasten a solution...

You're better off posting this in www.dslreports.com. You can also leave a negative review on their site.

I have Verizon and i dont like it very much because it seems to go down alot, but then again having a wireless connection doesnt help any. I live in Texas, and in my town we are supposedly the first in the nation to be getting the new fiber optic service from Verizon. It doesnt cost too much more a month, so hopefully i can convince my mom to get the 10mb internet. You guys should look into that if it comes to your area.

Well, if we all feel your pain man. Well Verizon is coming with a 3mb internet soon. I think just 5 bucks more you can. So if you stick with Verizon little longer you can be relieved and have 3mb internet. Still the problem we have in the topic is Soutern Californians.

But I guess Im the only S. Cali here. =/

Zepplein--so you live in Keller----Paiser, I had the same problems 4 years ago when I first got Verizon--horrible---unfortunately I had no other options---Now it runs great--it will take them time to properly equipe and configure your CO--maybe up to a year.

Well, you can have 3mbit Internet now with Comcast, and I've had excellent luck with it. I use it for several VOIP phones, as well as traditional Internet.
