One more thing the tech support lady from netgear said that my cable modem could be sending radiation to my router and that could be messing it up. Is that true or she just didnt want to tell me that the router died after not even a year because it would sort of disgrace the company?

Never heard that one before. I mean how much radiation would that take and what would that much be doing to you !!!

Sounds like just a good excuse.

So glad you are getting the problem resolved.
