How to find IP Address
How do I find the IP address of an offline laptop that runs through Windows Vista Home Premium?

By definition, a computer that is "offline", not on the Internet and not connected to a network cannot have an IP address.

sure it can, if it's statically assigned. I've got a pile of laptops at work that have ip's assigned to them, but are in my office for fixing for one thing or another.

regardless, start > run > cmd > enter > ipconfig > enter

I would rate the chances of you running dhcp as near 100%, so you are probably going to get a 0.0.0.0 response.
