Buffalo Airstation not connecting
I've had this Airstation for about 2 years now at a vacation house, and we disconnect it when we aren't there. Well, I'm there again and it isn't working this time. Whenever I plug it in, the only light on the front that comes on is the "Power" light, and on the back all the lights will come on and stay on. I even plugged it into a LAN like but it still didn't want to work.

Any suggestions?

(We have another airstation in the house and it works fine, its just this one that giving me trouble.)

Since you've had that Buffalo Airstation for about 2 years you probably know what it is. But most of us haven't been to your vacation house and need some more hints. Is it the 9 dBi High Gain Wireless Indoor Directional Antenna, model WLE-DA2? Or the 54 Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Keychain Adapter? Or the G54 High Power Wireless Cable/DSL Smart Router? Or one of the many other Buffalo Airstation devices?

Off-hand I'd say it's broken. I can't think of anything easily fixed that would give you those symptoms.

Sorry about that, I guess a little more information would help.

its a Buffalo Airstation WHR-G54S (Wireless-G 125* High-Speed Broadband Router and Access Point).

Have you reset it to factory defaults?

Yea, I've tried that. It doesn't even pretend like its doing anything different when I do.

It's broken, I'd bet on it. A factory reset shouldn't leave it in that state.

Dang, thats no good. Can't imagine what would have broke it. It worked fine when I boxed it up, I'm betting you're probably right
