Its just gone off again, i have been timing it the last few days and it has dropped on exactly 2.02 every single day for 3 days in a row now.. i updated the firmware like i was shown its not changed anything..

It will now go off every 5 or so mins untill around 5pm in which then it shud stay on a few hours..

If anyone has any other ideas please help me !

I am struggling to edit this post due to everytime i write somthing by the time i get to click 'save changes' the conn has dropped again and i just get page cannot be displayed.

But the slowness has gone on all the PCS now but the connection is still dropping... i am typing ivp6 correctly.. believe me.. ive done it 25 times now to make sure it says the same thing 'windows cannot find ivp6'

Is your Virgin Media ISP Cable or DSL? Did you have them check the line outside, sometimes water gets in the line and the ISP IP drops. You might need a new line installed outside. Also have them check the modem to make sure it is functioning properly.

yeah, no offense, but you keep insisting you are typing it correctly, but you are typing it INCORRECTLY in the very sentence where you are insisting you are typing it correctly, it's

IPV6 ( P before V ), not IVP6 , as you typed in this sentence: "But the slowness has gone on all the PCS now but the connection is still dropping... i am typing ivp6 correctly.. believe me.. ive done it 25 times now to make sure it says the same thing 'windows cannot find ivp6'"

I also dont think its the issue, and I know its a frustrating issue, but we are just trying to make sure we are thorough in our help.

No i am not.. i said that i typed ivp6 yeah.. but i said that i only typed that as a test after i had already typed ipv6 100 times first i have typed:

ipv6 uninstall

aswell as

ivp6 uninstall

ivp6uninstall

ipv6 uninstall.

ivp6 uninstall

ipv6uninstall

ivp6uninstall

so many different ways..

all say the same thing that its windows cannot find ipv6
