Belkin G+ Router Issues
OK, I'm trying to set up a webserver, I've set the router's firewall settings for port 80 for the webserver like this:

And edited httpd.conf in Apache to my IP, yet it isn't loading up.
Can anyone help me with getting this working?

Be a little more specific when you say "isn't loading up" where exactly are you trying to access your server? Internal, external? If internal have you tried opening a web browser and typing in "http://localhost" "http://127.0.0.1" It should display the index of the web server if configured properly. Or you'll get Apache's "It's Working" message.

That will determine if it is an issue with the Apache or Network config. If it does display then make sure you have port 80 open also on all 3rd. party firewalls. What I do usually when setting up any kind of server and I run into problems like this I scan the server with a port scanner to be sure port 80 is open and accessible externally.

It will load in localhost & http://127.0.0.1 but not my IP. I have put my ip in httpd.conf but still, nothing.
I'm using Norton as my antivirus/firefall (this is running off my laptop, I'm just using the web server to test stuff out), so how would I do that?

So your saying it will load from your local machine using localhost and the loopback address, but it won't load when you try to access it from another machine via your private ip 192.168.1.? If that's the case I would say something is blocking it, usually a firewall. Been along time since I've messed with Apache so I can't really remember to much of the config.

You say it won't work when you try by IP, what does happen when you try by IP?

If I try with my IP it won't load, Firefox will tell me that there's a problem loading the page, the connection has timed out.
