Which is the best ISP. I am with Talktalk at the moment but it seems very slow to me

Is that supposed to be a question? Do you really think somebody has a definitive answer? Does it really matter if they do?

In the US my guess is that Verizon is probably "the best" now because of their relatively widespread FiOS with 15 Mbps and better downloads.
