clearing NetBT problems on my connection
hello, i've recently had this problem regarding my connection. i can surf the net smoothly without having any disconnection interruptions, but with my yahoo messenger, skype, online games and in the itunes program i couldn't access to the itunes store. whenever i refresh the pages of these programs i cannot get an access to, it says i have no connection present. but then how come i can enter websites in my firefox..
i tried putting off the firewall, clearing caches, and tried to repair the connection. the message i received was that it cannot clear NetBT
so how am i gonna act upon it now? please help

How about posting the exact error message?

In addition. let's see this.

Hold the Windows key and press R, then type CMD to open a command prompt:

In the command prompt window that opens, type type the following commands, one at a time, followed by the Enter key:

Note that there is a space before the -n or the /ALL, but there is NOT a space after the - or / in the following commands.

NBTSTAT -n

IPCONFIG /ALL

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If you are on a machine with no network connection, use a floppy, USB disk, or a CD-RW disk to transfer a text file with the information to allow pasting it here.
