Random Internet Connection problem.
First post here so greetings to you all

I have got a problem with Firefox, Internet explorer and Windows live messenger. They were all working fine untill a few days ago. When I try to start my browsers the come up with: Cannot display this page. Messenger just doesn't connect at all. Windows updater cannot connect to the server and my virsus software cannot connect either. This problem came completely out of the blue and happened randomly when I was surfing the internet.

The weird thing is that Steam is still running and is still connected to the internet, so I can play online games and access my friends list but NOT the online steam community. This implies that the connection to the internet is still there, but browsing of any descption will not work.

I have tried Repairing the network adapter, restoring to a system restore point a week before the problem started to happen, putting my PC in a DMZ plus zone in my router options, starting up in safe mode to see if a start up program is casing the problem. However none of these worked.
I have done virus scans with NOD32 and a few spyware searches and nothing came up.

I typed into the Command Promt IPCONFIG/ALL and the following came up:

C:\Windows\system32>ipconfig/all
