This problem was covered last year here (http://forums.techguy.org/networking...imary-dns.html), but I can't seem to make the solution work for me. I've been struggling with this for weeks.

My co-worker can get online wirelessly to our 2wire router, but I can't. I can get on with a cable, but I need to be wireless in the office.

I'm on a compaq presario laptop. It seems to connect to some routers but not all.

Can anyone help me get online? Thanks mucho in advance.

Do you have a static IP address on the Wi-Fi adapter intentionally? If not, set it to pick up an address automatically (DHCP).
