Hey guys, sorry for not being to post here for a while. My dad got irritated of me trying to fix the router and his connection and stuff, so he just bought a cat-5 cable and directly plugged his laptop to the router to access the network and the internet. But I will still try to do the last suggestion here, so since the problem is "solved" to say the least I'm gonna mark this one as solved. Thank you very much to JohnWill and TerryNet for the help and suggestions, and also to everybody else who extended their knowledge to me. Thank you very much sirs, and have a good day.
