Post Router Wifi Broadcasting
My Netgear router always worked fine until i formatted my computer, after that it will still broadcast the wifi signal which i can search up and see, however nothing is able to connect to it, my psp, ps3, laptop, iphone, etc.

I reset my wifi many times and set it up all over again however nothing is able to connect to its signal wirelessley

can someone give me some tips for fixing this please.

Thank you,

-Leo

Formatting your computer should have nothing to do with the router's configuration, so something else happened.

Did you try resetting the router to factory defaults, then configuring the wireless with NO encryption or MAC filtering, then trying to connect?

What type of encryption are you using for the key? WPA, WPA2, WEP etc?

Remove all the stored wireless profiles and see if you can connect. You should also start out with no encryption on the router to try to connect that way first.
