hai,


disconnect the first router from the modem and completely take it out of the picture for the time being (just to check the status of the second router).
connect the second router directly to the modem.
now reset the router and configure the second router which is connected to the modem to access the internet.
check if you can access the internet.
if not try downloading the firmware for the second router and upload it on the second router.
if still it is not working you probably need to replace the second router with another one.
