webcamera sever
Does anyone know of any free webcamera software that transmits video live? I am currently using YAWCAM bu that doesnt transmit video

If you get an IP camera that has a built in webserver you can send that out across the web for free. But as far as free software to share out a webcam there isn't any that work well. You can use VLC or the Media Player streamer both with a complex setting process. You can use a service like UStream to broadcast your camera with a simple URL and even add a password to the feed so not just any one can view it.
