Solved: Printer has gone "off line"
Can someone help me? I'm stuck and need to get some documents printed ASAP. I am using an HP officejet 6310 and a wireless HP dv4 Notebook. It will not print and it is showing the printer as being "off line". How do I get it back "on line"?

Is the printer networked or connected directly to the machine?

Sometimes all it takes is to go into Printers, right click on the printer, and select 'use online.'

Thanks, JohnWill. The computer is networked. I worked around the problem by deleting the printer and then reinstalling it. Thanks again for your prompt response. Niagara Lady
