You have DHCP disabled for your machine, which should be enabled for most router connections.

Select Start > Settings > Network Connections.
  • Double-click the Connection icon of the connection you wish to modify to open the Local Area Connection Status window.
  • Click the Properties button to open the Local Area Connection Properties window.
  • Click to highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
  • Click the Properties button to open the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window.
  • TCP/IP Properties window, IP Address tab
  • Select Obtain an IP address automatically.
  • Select Obtain DNS server address automatically.
  • Click OK to return to the Local Area Connection Properties window.
  • Click OK to return to the Network Connections window.

Right now, your default gateway is 192.168.1.1. Ping that. Do you get a response? If so, enter that address into your browser. Did your router confuguration page open? If not, run a traceroute to an outside web server, something like google.com

tracert google.com

Your router's IP will be shown in that list. It will likely be the first hop. Try entering each address shown into your browser until its configuration page opens.

If still no luck, move onto JohnWill's advice.

After configuring your computer to obtain an IP address automatically (use DHCP) and it actually obtains an address, the address of your router will be your computer's default gateway address.

(Hope that wasn't too confusing! )

Enter that address into your browser.

Of course, this will not work if your router is not providing DHCP. If not, we will try something else.
