It doesn't appear as if you have an anti-virus installed on your computer, and it is highly recommended that you do.
Is this problem only on one computer, or does it affect other computers in your network?

i have ad-aware installed..
and its only the problem on my pc..

Register at DSLReports and run their Line Quality Tests. It's best to run this test with a direct wired connection to eliminate any wireless issues from the results. It's useful many times to run this test several times, and we'd like to see each of the results. Post the results link from the top of the test display page for each test run here.

Put 192.168.1.1 in the web browser. By default, the password is admin. Under the Adminstration page,if you see a page that says respond to WAN ping, enable it.
