Post Network monitoring tool
Hi,
I have 6 computers set up on our home network connected via ethernet and wireless, PC and Mac. We are continually going over our 25GB data usage and i want to be able to monitor how many downloads and uploads or coming from each computer. Can anyone suggest a program that is able to do this. I have downloaded many free programs from a google search but they are all dodgy and just monitor the one PC it is installed on, also i've had a look at my router but cant see any way to monitor traffic, i have a Telstra 2wire wireless modem/router.
any help would be great thanks a lot

The only way I see this really working is with a more intelligent gateway product at the hub that has all the computers connecting through it. Most of the solutions I see that involve monitoring individual computers fall down pretty quickly.
