Solved: QOS on clients with dhcp enabled
I am about to give a neighbour access to my wireless network. In my network, I have 8 clients with fixed IPs. If I list those 8 clients in my QOS for priority and not my neighbour, will my neighbour be down-prioritized or won't the QOS apply to her?

If you don't set QOS for her computer, then it most likely
will not have any bandwidth limitations.
