Solved: Cannot communicate with Primary DNS server 209.242.224.5
I have a dell studio laptop with OS Windows Vista. I am using a Linksys Wireless Router in my apartment. Lately the internet has been shutting of on me. I go to repair the connection and I get a message saying that I cannot communicate with the Primary DNS server 209.242.224.5. Under the message there is an option to reset the wireless adapter. I do this and still nothing works. If I unplug my wireless adapter and plug my laptop directly to the wall outlet for the internet I have no problem using it. What is going on with my wireless adapter! It shows I have a connection to the adapter but the adapter to internet connection is non-existent.

What is the "wall outlet for the internet"?
Do you also get this problem with an ethernet connection to the router?

After some more poking around I found out my wireless router's settings were all screwed up.
