Question how can i access computer behind router with no access to port forward
I finally got a connection with VNC through SSH with 2 pc's on my local LAN. Now I need to control a PC that is on a different corporate network. Problem is, I don't think we will be able to forward port 22 to the particular computer that is going to run the ssh and vnc servers. Without having administrative access to the remote network, how can I initiate a connection from my local machine to the remote machine?

You can use something like TeamViewer (www.teamviewer.com) - install the server portion on the remote machine, and it makes an outgoing connection to TeamViewer's server... you then run the client on your end and connect via their server.

that is a good solution, but unfortunately it is very expensive for commercial use

It is pretty expensive, isn't it.

Take a look at UltraVNC Repeater, an add-on for UltraVNC, that might do it. This one is free.

You can use the "commercial" license of TeamViewer for free for 15 days, to see if it works.

i would like to find a purpose-generic way to make the connection, just so I can use it for other services if i need to

(still have yet to try the repeater)

VNC Repeater still requires a port to be forwarded in MODE 1.
Mode 2 would require the repeater being in the DMZ or have ports forwarded as well.
Since port forwarding is not an option for you, you really don't have any options.
