Exclamation "No wireless networking device" error in Vista
About a week ago, my mom's laptop, a Toshiba Satellite running Windows Vista Home Premium, suddenly disconnected from a wireless network while in use. When I clicked on the networking icon, it showed no networks available. When I clicked on "Diagnose why Windows can't find any networks," it said something like "No wireless networking device installed." A restart corrected the problem. Then, last night, the same thing happened again. What could be causing this? I know that the WLAN switch was never turned off. Both times, the only thing she was doing was browsing the Internet.

I'm guessing this may be the wireless adapter either failing, or some application or service is interfering with the wireless connection.
