Here's the procedure for a
Vista Repair Installation
. You may have to apply security patches, but your applications and data remain intact.
Of course, I'd have a FULL image backup before I did this anyway.

I fixed it!!!
I added a client for microsoft networks to my wireless connection..
lol.. it took all of 5 seconds..
Lol..
I cant believe that was all I needed.. lmfao
