Solved: cant install usb connection
it says
insufficient resources exist to complete the requested service
specs windows vista service pack 2
ram 990mb
processor pentium 4 3.00 ghz

its a 2wire usb gateway driver for internet

Why not use Ethernet, no drivers required?

because i want to use 2 connections one for my laptop and computer
i have a long ethernet cord to my room which allows me to play ps3 online aswell
so thats why i want a usb connection running on my computer

A simple Ethernet switch solves this issue. Ethernet will be more reliable than USB for networking, so it's the clear choice.
In addition, the fact that the driver won't install makes a second reason to use Ethernet.

yeah i know but then i wouldnt be able to play ps3 online since the ethernet connection is running to computer instead
it was working before is there a solution to fix it

If you have an Ethernet switch, you would indeed be able to use multiple computers and game consoles at the same time.
Don't know why the USB is throwing an error, did you contact the ISP support?
